Stacy M. Moldenhauer

Stacy M. Moldenhauer is a native of Beulah, North Dakota. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history, magna cum laude, from Concordia College in 2005. She received her J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2008.

She is a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. Upon graduation, Stacy served as law clerk to Justice Daniel Crothers of the North Dakota Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, and Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inns of Court. She is licensed to practice in North Dakota state courts. She practices in the area of family law, insurance defense litigation, and bankruptcy.

Stacy resides in Bismarck with her husband Chad and their son Mason.
