David J. Smith

David J. Smith is a native of Bismarck, North Dakota. He graduated with a B.S. from North Dakota State University in 2005, and received his J.D. from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in May, 2009. He was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in October, 2009. He practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, business entity planning, tax law and commercial litigation.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar Association of North Dakota.

David lives in Bismarck with his wife Nicole and daughter Claire.
