Scott K. Porsborg

Scott K. Porsborg is a native of Mandan, North Dakota. He graduated With Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1991, where he was President of the Moot Court Board. Since that time, he has continuously practiced in Bismarck in the areas of civil trials and appeals.

Scott has a special expertise in the area of civil rights litigation and governmental liability from a defense perspective. He has handled numerous cases for both plaintiffs and defendants across the State. He is licensed to practice in the courts of North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota, the federal districts of North Dakota and South Dakota, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Scott lives in Mandan with his wife Julie and their son Nicholas.
