Mitchell D. Armstrong

MITCHELL D. ARMSTRONG is a native of Dickinson, North Dakota.  He graduated with a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of North Dakota in 2000.  He received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2003, where he was Editor in Chief of the North Dakota Law Review.

He is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.  Upon graduation, Mitch served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Gerald VandeWalle of the North Dakota Supreme Court.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Big Muddy Bar Association, and the Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inns of Court. He is licensed to practice in the North Dakota state and federal courts and the Minnesota state courts.  He practices in the area of civil litigation.
