David R. Phillips

DAVID R. PHILLIPS graduated with honors from North Dakota State University in 2001. He graduated cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in May, 2005 and was admitted to the North Dakota bar in October, 2005 and than later to the Minnesota State bar. Since that time, he has practiced law at the firm in the area of civil litigation.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inns of Court.

David lives in Bismarck with his wife Lindsey and their two sons, Ethan and Owen, and a daughter, Ella.
